Welcome in the wonderful region of Arnstadt Thüringen. Arnstadt also called the door to the Thueringer forest.

And welcome to our website.

Use the possibility to enjoy a wonderful holiday close to nature and close to the city.

Our fully new decorated 78 sq. meter holiday apartment is situated at the city boarder of Arnstadt.

It offers place for 4 persons and 2 more persons can sleep at the sleeping couch in the living room.

We also provide a baby bed and a chair for small children.

The holiday apartment is situated 2 walking minutes from the Gera bicycle and walking trail, which will bring you to the Thüringer forest. The environment provides the best conditions for a nice bicycle or walking tour.

We have a separate and closed place for bicycles and motorcycles also for buggies available.

 

Our in 2014 fully new decorated apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, wardrobe incl. mirror, night cubing with reading light, flat screen TV.  Both rooms provide an alarm clock. For the little ones we provide a baby bed.

We decorated an extra room with a desk to use as an office.

The living room is decorated with a corner couch, couch table, and a reading area, flat screen TV with cable connection.

The hallway has a wardrobe with mirror and a cubing for specially for shoes.

The bathroom provides a corner bath, separate shower, towel dryer, floor heating and a toilet.

An information folder about activities and places to visit is available.

The kitchen provides a place to cook incl. microwave, oven, coffee machine, water boiler, and toaster, bread baking machine, refrigerator, bread cutting machine, and a bottle warmer for babies. On request we can also provide a grill plate, or a fondue set. A typical German corner bench is placed in the kitchen.

WIFI is on request

You are more than welcome to use the 500 square meter garden which is provided with garden furniture and deckchairs.

During the summer season you are more than welcome to use our pool.

Laundry service is on request.

We have a separate and closed place for bicycles and motorcycles also for buggies available.

Parking space is available.

2 minutes from the holiday apartment you are able to rent bicycles.

Pets are allowed only on request.

Payment terms

³ Payment Terms:

An advance payment of 30 % of the total price is due within 7 days after the booking of the holiday apartment. Bank details will be provided by E-Mail directly after the confirmation of booking.

 The rest payment is due at least 20 days before arrival date. On request you can pay the rest payment at arrival in cash.

 If payments are not paid in time, we are obliged to calculate annulation costs.

By last-minute bookings you can pay cash on the day of arrival.

 We recommend travel cancelation insurance.

 ³ 6 Annulation costs.

 In case of cancelation 60 days before arrival date we calculate the advance payment as annulation costs.

In case of cancelation 35 days before arrival date we calculate 50 % of the total amount.

Cancelation less than 35 days before arrival date we calculate 80 % of the total amount.

By none arrival we calculate the full amount.

The owner of the holiday apartment will try to rent out the apartment again. If the apartment can be rented out we will refund the amount back to you, if this does not work the amount as stated above will be due. We do recommend travel cancelation insurance.

By booking over a booking agency the conditions of the agency are valid.

Arrival day: Earliest arrival time: 15:00 hrs.

Departure day: At least 10:00 hrs. in the morning
